Command Type

• Owner
  Any user who has the permission, ability or access to add or configure Hisoka Bot.
• User
  Any user who is actively using the commands and/or playing the games that Hisoka Bot offers.
• Admin
  This command can Only be accesed by Group Admin in a group.

The following may be collected via user run command, and may be entered by the user, voluntarily. This data is not collected automatically. When providing data in this way, you forego any rights to the content of the data provided.

• User details (ID, name, profile pic, nickname).
• All messages as long as you send messages.

Data collected automatically

The following is collected automatically when Hisoka Bot joins a Group.

• Group details (ID, name, profile pic, dll.).
• Group ownership.
• Group permissions.

Data collected via authorization

No data is being explicitly collected when logging in on the website or during bot invitation.

Data storage & protection

All data is stored on secured servers. Maximum efforts are taken to keep collected data, as defined above, protected, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any damages or stolen information, in which we collect, from our Group.

Server administrator agreement

By adding Hisoka Bot to your Group, you are consenting to the policies outlined in this agreement. If you, the Other Admin Group, do not agree with any of the policies outlined in this agreement, you have the right to remove Hisoka Bot from your Group.

User agreement

By being a member of a Group which uses Hisoka Bot services or features, you are consenting to the policies outlined in this agreement. If you, the user, do not agree with any policies outlined in this agreement, you have the right to leave the group in which this bot is a part of.
